"Who would believe, although I'm only 32, I can say that after 5 years of cigarette smoking, massive smoking you could say, that was enough. Do not get me wrong, 5 months after I stopped smoking I still dream of cigarettes that I smoke by myself at night and I fight it.

Not even one cigarette, not a hit. Until when? That even I ask, momentarily forgetting why I had stopped at all...What is life without white smokable sticks? The whole smoking phenomenon disturbed me a lot, you could say most of the time.

I tried to quit smoking than smoked again, and I appreciate a sweet cigarette smell on the morning. But it all began on my return from South America, which incidentally never spared myself with regard to smoking cigarettes, before boarding and I decided that once I board the plane I'm finished with the sector of life full with cigarettes. Do not think it happened fast, I waited for the plane about 5 hours at the airport Box wayward among the dead ones.
So after years where I do not smoke and having beautiful days I realized that self-struggle is endless. Be strong!
